Benjamin is a 13-year-old Maltese student. Since his very early years, sport has been his passion. He tried different sports, and now he practices Karate and Basketball regularly. At that age arts did not seem on his future agenda. But then, at the age of nine, he started to be inspired by his elder sister, who was 12 at that time, and a very promising artist. He began practicing a lot on his own. He started by drawing fictional characters from cartoons he watched on TV, but eventually he was soon creating his own original characters. When he’s not with his pencils and colours in his hands, he will surely be on his laptop, playing one of his favourite games. Ben’s aim is to one day produce his first own manga. He is very looking forward to attend courses in anime drawing and storytelling. Another of his dreams is to work on a project together with his older sister Tatyana, with whom he will be exhibiting some of his work for the first time at the 2022 Malta Comic Con.
