Lee Townsend started working in the comic industry in the mid 90’s as an artist for Marvel UK (mainly as an inker) on titles such as the Deaths Head, Action Man, Transformers.
He then went to work in animation for several years for Disney & DreamWorks, returning to comics which was always his first love working on Spider-Man, Avengers, X-Men, Iron Man, Hulk.
This lead onto to work for 2000AD, Judge Dredd, DeMarco P.I, Sinister Dexter, Synammon, Breathing Space, Flesh.
Work for DC followed: Hellblazer, World of Warcraft, The Family Dynamic.

More recently Lee has been drawing comic strips for the Cartoon Network and storyboards for advertising & films.
He is also in discussions with Marvel and DC regarding his latest projects.
