Inko

Inko was born in Japan, and she grew up reading & drawing manga. After studied art at Kyoto University of Art & Design and Central Saint Martin’s college of Art & Design.

She has been working as a Manga artist delivering manga workshops in schools, galleries, museums and libraries around UK.

She also takes part in Art projects such as creating manga posters at Embankment station (Art on Underground), an animation work screened at ICA in London as collaboration works with a contemporary artist David Blandy.

Her manga appears on War (Paper Tiger Comix) MangaQuake (FutureQuake Press), Howl! (Milk The Cat Comix), Spirit of Hope (The Comic Book Alliance) and more comic anthologies.
